"밥솥을 사용 하는데 밥 맛이 없고 평소 먹던 밧이아니에요 새 밥솥인데 밑에 스크레치가 있고 밥 하는 도중에 김이 새어 나가요 끝날때 증기가 한번에 뿜어져 나와야 하는데 도중에 새니 그러하지를 못한거인데 이야기 해도 리턴을 안해 주네요 산지 1주일 인데 1 주일 안에 사용을 하지 않아야 리턴이 가는하다고 서비스센터에 보내서 확인후 조치를 한다네요 그 기간이 2 달이라니... 소비자 입장에서는 작은 돈도 아닌데 사자마자 스크레치난 밥솥이 안에 있고 도중 김도 새어 나오는 압력 밥솥이라니 당황스럽네요"
