"We initially had steam escaping through the sides and I was lost as to why that was happening. It turns out, our 4 year old rubber gasket was getting old and loose. Upon replacing the old gasket, I noticed immediately that the fit was much tighter. Low and behold, no more steam leakage. Works and fits great."

"Order 46205 cannot be used because it is of a different grade. Please return it. I need to exchange it for the attached rubber packing, but since it is not exchangeable, I tried to buy a new rice cooker, but in case the same problem occurs again, I will keep the purchase and go to a Korean store to check it before purchasing."
