Poor quality and nonexistent customer support

"I’ve been using this for less than 1 month and the inside lid is starting to rust already. I called customer support and was transferred 3 times before it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and sent an email and 2 weeks later, still no response. This is suppose to be a reputable brand but I’m super disappointed in the quality and lack of customer support. If you don’t speak Korean, good luck getting help. I won’t be buying anything from this brand in the future."

"I recently got a hot water dispenser with a stainless-steel inner container, and I couldn't be happier with it! Good water heater/boiler, quite large, stainless steel interior

"I drink a lot of tea in the morning, and the convenience of having hot water available without waiting for it to boil is so helpful when I'm getting up out of bed. I've previously used a Zojirushi water heater/boiler, but don't love that the inside isn't non-toxic. This Cuckoo water heater/boiler has a stainless steel interior, which is non-toxic and super important for me. The water heater works just as expected and I keep it on the highest temp setting (185). It lets out steam slowly and is fairly quiet when it's heating up water. It's quite large and would be good for a family. Slight cons are: -I wish the handle felt a little more secure (I haven't had any issues with it but it doesn't feel strong enough for me to carry it when it's full of water, so I have my other hand carry the base). The handle on my Zojirushi one feels more secure. -Once in a while I have to press the Unlock of Dispense buttons a couple times for it to work - the buttons are not as responsive as the ones on my Zojirushi one. -It might be too big for one person (it is for me) and takes up more space than I would like, however the stainless steel interior was a big sell for me and worth the space it takes up. If Cuckoo made one that was 3 liters that would be ideal for me. Overall I'm happy with this water heater/boiler, especially if you want one with a non-toxic interior and one with a larger capacity. This and the Tayama 13. 5cup device are the only ones I've found that are lined inside with stainless steel, however I couldn't find reviews for the Tayama one."
