"This is my first dedicated rice cooker, and now I can't believe it took me this long to get one. So easy to use and cleaning is a breeze. I made jasmine, white basmati and whole grain basmati so far and each batch was perfect. I didn't receive the measuring cup that was supposed to be included but customer service was quick to reply and send me one out. Looks like it arrives today. I would recommend this product. Great machine"
