I was induced to purchase order #FZLM0T9H0 based on a specific written promise from their representative on February 5, promising a full refund for an inner pot. After I made the purchase, the company reneged on this commitment, claiming the item was "incompatible" only after they had already secured my money. Despite 12 email exchanges documenting their own errors, misinformation, and conflicting deadlines, they have refused to honor their written word. When confronted with their own admission of "misinforming" me, their response was to tell me to "pursue any course of action. " This is a clear case of bait-and-switch and bad-faith business practices. Think twice before trusting their promotions or customer service promises."
