"I bought a Cuckoo breadmaker from Liquidation Nation Barrie. It was missing the paddle. At the store I checked the unit and the lights on the Cuckoo display worked. When I received the paddle, I could test the rest of the unit. It has a 25 minute delay start. And, now I have a paddle for a machine that doesn't work!"

"Great paddle. Works well. I ordered replacement paddles because I forgot to take the paddle out of the bread and sliced into it which removed the coating and exposed the metal. Totally my fault. Cuckoo sent out the replacement paddle quickly. UPS lost the shipment and after calling Cuckoo they sent out a second one that day. Great customer service. Thanks Cuckoo."
