"I really want to rate this higher because I quite like the machine itself but on 2 occassions now its poured an entire water reservoir of water from a 12oz selection causing absolute mayhem, coffee everywhere and ruined my coffee bar. I cannot make a cup now without having to watch it finish. Theres no rhyme or reason to the over flow."
