"SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY!!! Horrible Customer service they refuse to honor their warranty. I’ve only used the rice cooker three times, and the inner pot is already scratched and I only used the rice scooper. I would understand if this were an old cooker, but it’s practically brand new. Completely unacceptable!!!"
