🥩 Ingredients:
- 2 cups short grain rice, rinsed
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 4 small abalone, cleaned and thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
🍽️ Instructions:
- Add the rinsed rice and water to the inner pot of the Cuckoo CR-0675F. Let soak for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and salt. Toss the sliced abalone in the mixture.
- Spread the marinated abalone evenly over the rice.
- Close the lid and select the “White Rice” function. Cook until complete.
- Once finished, let sit on “Keep Warm” for 5–10 minutes. Gently fluff the rice, then top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
