"Very disappointed. After only two years of use, the sensor stopped working and the unit keeps showing an E3 error code. I contacted customer service, but the repair cost they quoted was unreasonable, especially for a product that failed after such a short time. I expected much better quality and durability from this product."
"I got mine from Walmart during a sale. I didn’t want to splurge for a Zojirushi or Tiger rice cooker since I lived alone and don’t cook much. This rice cooker is inexpensive and does the job well (I’ve tested the steam, white, and brown rice functions). If I have to nitpick, the display has a thin plastic cover and some air bubbles has gotten underneath at some parts (see photos). It’s a small cosmetic issue that doesn’t affect the functionality, but does show the lower quality with the display finish. I have heard that the Cuckoo that are made in Korea have better quality so that might be my choice for an upgrade when the current one dies. It’s still going strong after 1. 5 years though."
