"This cooker is too big in dimension for its cooking capacity. There are several other models within Cuckoo range itself with a smaller foot print. Second most annoying problem is that the cooking pot which is black in coilour has the same colur water level etchings, making it impossible to see unless in direct sunlight. Thus you are simply left guessing how much water to add , making it extremely difficult to use."

Not what I was expecting

"Works great but pretty bummed that my basmati rice needs 12 minutes on the stove and 60 minutes in the rice cooker. Also find it hard to understand how it works. Following the instructions but not getting what it’s supposed to on the screen. Temp doesn’t go high enough and can’t adjust cooking time. Wanted to save time with a rice cooker but it takes a lot more time with this one."

"I love this rice cooker. Can't remember I ever tasted better rice than this. The only thing bothering is the lid opening very abruptly so I have to put a hand on top so it doesnt crash on the cabinets. . . Strange design. Otherwise it's great !"
