"We have had this since my kids were babies. We use it for stewing, soups, congee, and cooking things that needs otherwise long time soaking but this cooks it in an hour. We love our Cuckoo rice cooker so much and use it everyday! The open cook function also allows you to satay before pressure cooking so it doesn't just look like bland food but with browning and caramelized flavours. The only down side is the inner pot replacement is rarely available, and when it is, it's gone almost instantly. The machine is an absolute beast, We have boiled over and had our volcanic food lava due to using food that expand under pressure, a good scrub and she's back to work like nothing happened."
