It was during spring sales, so 10% off from regular price and shipping was included. Delivery was also fast. I ordered on Monday @ 5pm, received it on Wednesday lunchtime. "I have two Cuckoo Products. 3 cups size and 10 cups sizes. When I cook rice it tastes very good. Their customer service is very nice too. I have been using the same brand for a long time because I trust their quality. If they develop a 100% stainless inner pot, then it would be even better."
