"I have a fairly old Cuckoo ricecooker that still works great! Model GHSR1009F, but the inner pot I had was too old and was getting crusty so I was contemplating what to do. At first, I remembered that there was a Home Shopping World (Korean store) in Buena Park where I drive by all the time. I called them asking if they had a replacement inner pot and they said they had to put in an order for it so I asked them to order it for me. So far so good, but then they instructed me to make sure to unscrew both handle bars of the existing inner pot so I can transfer them to the new innerpot when it arrives. WTF! Why?! They said when you order innerpot they dont come with handles. I was in disbelief so I came to Cuckooamerica and called them to ask if in fact they dont come with handles. Then they assured me all replacements come with handles. So, I canceled my order at Home Shopping world and ordered on this site CuckooAmerica.com. Plus, it was about $10-20 cheaper too! The order arrived very quickly and now I'm back to having a nice rice cooker come back to life making great rice all the time! Cuckoo rice cookers are the best and a must have for anyone cooking rice!"
