Reviews

I’m very happy with this

"I’m very happy with this Cuckoo 6-Cup Twin Pressure Rice Cooker. The rice comes out delicious, fluffy, and perfectly cooked every time. I especially love that I can choose between pressure and non-pressure cooking depending on the type of rice and texture I want. It’s also very convenient to have the keep-warm and reheating functions. The 6-cup size is perfect for my household—not too big and not too small. The quality feels excellent, and I can definitely taste the difference compared with a regular rice cooker. Highly recommended if you enjoy Korean-style rice and want consistently great results!"

Do not expect to get them in short time frame

"I’ve ordered it a week ago it hasn't even departed the warehouse. Called customer service to at least know when I’m expected to receive the item. Customer service don’t even care much about the situation and just brushed it off saying will let me know when they get further update. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere"

Too slow delivery

"I ordered a rice cooker and haven't received it in over a month. Delivery was slow and they were irresponsible. I couldn't even eat the rice. It was all due to your delivery and your system issues."

Q&A

I lost a manual book. Can I download a manual file?: Please use the following link to access pdf version of the user manual. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0589/3344/4782/files/CRP-ST06_Product_Manual.pdf?v=1694466757
Does this have porridge function? Somehow I do not see this "porridge" function in the menu.: Hello, This model does not have a specific porridge menu option. You can use the "baby food" menu option in the non pressure cook mode. The specific instructions to do so are on page 47 of the manual. We hope this answers your question, have a great day.
