Ingredients
- Flank steak: 1 1/2lbs
 - Lime juice: 1/4c
 - Orange juice: 1/4c
 - Chopped garlic: 3T
 - Bay leaf: 2 leaves
 - Cumin: 1T
 - Oregano: 1T
 - Salt: 2T
 - Water: 1/2c
 - White sugar: 2T
 - Chopped onion: 1/4c
 - White vinegar: 2T
 - Cayenne: 1T
 
Directions
- Set cooker on [BROWNING FRY level.#6] and place steak in the pot and begin to brown. [approx..4min on each side]
 - Once brown, place remaining ingredients into the pot and set to [MEAT] for 1hr.
 - Once finished remove from pot and let cool. Once cool slice and enjoy.
